It would be very naive of you to just believe everything we say... Think about it. Do you really believe a manufacturer that is raving about their own product? Off course not. When was the last time you heard a brand talk shit about their own product?
We are however really convinced that Triple Base Technology is the best thing to happen to snowboards since steel edges. But what really counts is what all the riders out there that have ridden TBT think. Those riders that went out and spend their hard earned cash on our boards.
So here is your chance to tell us your honest experience with TBT. Please leave a real email address so we can see it is really you...

19/07/2010 - Ricky Hanger
Hi all, I have been riding a Bataleon TBT for the last few years and Its definitely the best board iv ridden, it a shame rental shops dont hire out these boards so more people could see how much difference the TBT makes. Cheers Bataleon, You've got me hook on TBT
18/07/2010 - Paul WM
Just picked up my 2011 Jam, just love that TBT thing. I think for me this sums up the difference between TBT and flat boards. Flat boards are like cars they move on 4 points like a car. No matter how flash they are they all handle very similar and tun in the same way. TBT rides more like a motorbike the weight is in the centre and you can flick it edge to edge real quick, lead it over hard and it just bites. The Jam is so responsive the more you push it the better the ride. I find myself hitting every thing faster and harder just coz I love the pop :)

yo dudes, propz to the new site;) but where are the great WALLPAPERS??? plz get some on ur site! cheers, daniel
11/07/2010 - Grant Hopper
I have never ridden anything like it, my first ever board was a &t0n C*nd$m which apparantly doesn't catch edges, thats not the case, i sprained my wrist because it did catch a wrist, luckily the graphic started peeling and i sent it back to &t0n and they have me a store credit, after talking to one of Bataleon's riders Matty, he gave me a Bataleon demo, and i was blown away. I only had 2 runs on it and thats all it took to buy. I bought a Bataleon 153 Fun Kink, it is the most playful fun board I have ever ridden, you get amazing pop, you CAN'T catch an edge, its really flexible and is super light. I have never ridden a board that will actually bounce ur board off an edge. For me there is no other company in the way of boards,I love my Bataleon Fun Kink and will never ride another brand. Thanks Bataleon Yea For it! :)
08/07/2010 - Onno
Damn, been riding the good stuff for a couple of years now, last week I had to rent a board (no tbt) and man I missed my goliath! Waiting for the winter now, so I can ride again. YEAH for that!
27/06/2010 - Rydog
TBT is definitely a love or hate thing.I really, really wanted to like TBT because the theory surrounding it makes perfect sense and it DOES carve like a dream! However, I'm just not feeling it for freestyle.I don't like not being able to feel my edges underfoot on snow/boxes/rails/run-ins, guess I've just been ridin good old flat boards too long.I would recommend testing one out to see if it's right for you before you buy.
25/06/2010 - Al Kingsbury
Feel like I've won a prize being one of 200 to own the batazion. Only thing that could replace my funkink. Blessed the TbT stable. Jah bless mr b

About two weeks before leaving for my first snowboarding holiday of last season a friend of mine showed me the TBT-clip on youtube. Stunned and impressed I started looking for stores that sold Bataleon boards. After some serious thinking (i had recently purchased a new board already) I descided to go with my gut-feeling and buy a Omni 163. In Sölden Austria I strapped on and shredded down hill like on an auto-pilot mode. Absolutely phenomenal. I've been snowboarding for 12 years now, tried several boards and this omni 163 beats all by far! In my second boarding week I took my board to the parks in Fiss, Austria and this is where difference was unmistakebly showing. Sticking jumps, getting more air all the benefits as presented in the youtube clip are absolutely true. My TBT Omni 163 is here to stay and I can't see me riding anything else than TBT from now on. Yeah for it! ;-)
13/06/2010 - Nick
Would never ride anything but Bataleon now. I'm an intermediate, but snowboarding always seemed harder work than skating used to be. Soon as I got me a 157W Goliath it was just like skating bowls back in the 80s - no worries about edges catching, just focus on the next move. As a beginner to kickers and rails etc it made such a difference to be able to just think where you wanted to go and hit it straight, plus not worry about slightly sketchy landings knowing I could stick it and ride out clean. Knowing this means you soon actually start riding clean too. Had to sell my Goliath unfortunately but now got a 10/11 Evil Twin on order!
18/04/2010 - Charlie
After a few years trying out lots of different boards, I was unable to find anything I truly felt comfortable on and started to wonder if I should learn to ski. That changed when I picked up a used 09 Goliath and headed off to Tignes for the week. So forgiving, goes exactly where you want without thinking, very quick edge to edge, great float in powder, no chance of catching an edge on anything... I'm completely sold. I have rediscovered my snowboarding mojo. Thanks Bataleon!
16/04/2010 - goetz
ride an mj 157 and i can tell it's the hot shit.totally lucky.in 25 years of experience i've never ridden something cool like that.props!

Well the season is starting to draw to a close even here in Scotland which has had a phenomenal snowdrop this year and so it's time to take a break and give some advice... I started riding a number of years ago and have been lucky enough to try and ride loads of boards, some great boards, some expensive boards and some phenomenally good boards even from other companies. That said when I first started riding I wanted a fun flexible freestyle focussed board that I could use everywhere I tried Burton, Rome, Salomon to name a few then eventually after selling all these others stumbled across the green and black evil twin (still own and ride)this changed my focus away from the other "major" brands as the TBT made me actually smile and laugh whilst riding no matter what the conditions. I have ridden that board on ice and glaciers, back country and deep powder and it does everything amazingly, though as it was designed for freestyle, jibbing and buttering that's what it does the best. For this season I've been lucky enough to get hold of an Enemy which is also simply incredible and beats the s##t out of the equivalent super-lights and vapors of the other brands (tried those as well), it is rapidly fast (keep it waxed well!) and simply beats any other piste and all mountain board out there. Finally this brings me onto my recent birthday present an undisputed which I am using as my powder board or where the conditions are anything other than ideal... I simply do not have the words on how good this monster is as long as you have the ability to do it justice and the balls to believe that the edges will hold at that speed on those inclines. I hope that my review is inspiring enough to get a few more of you riders buying and riding bataleon? Remember having fun and pushing your own limits is what snow-boardings about. You don't have to be the best, just the best you can be and these boards will allow you to do this. Get in touch if you want me to give you some info on any of these boards. I must try not to fall in love with any more Bataleons next season!
07/04/2010 - Peter Wolf
Borrowed a Bateleon Testboard from the local board shop. Went to Austria last week to see what the fuzz was about concerning Triple Base Technology. Was it as good as Bataleon claims it to be and could it really beat my B&^^%n C(*(&m board? Well, let´s just say I´m a Bataleon fan by now. Smoooth and (very)fast turns,Excellent in the off piste and in the park. Perfect harmony between me and the board...and that was just a testboard! Definitely going to buy a Bataleon next season. Cannot wait until season starts again.
22/03/2010 - gavin
I have just returned from a weeks in Austria with my new 153 Goliath. I can only ride once a year and have been looking for a new board that can do it all and push me onto new things. I was blessed with dump’s of fresh snow and explored the mountain in ways I had only previously dreamt of, driven by confidence and control that TBT gives you. Don’t believe the hype, try it yourself and you will understand.
15/03/2010 - Milhinhos
In 2008 I rented a Goliath at an amazing local ski shop in Les Deux Alps. I really loved the board, so this year I have bought a 2010 Goliath and took it to 3 Vallees. Well, for someone that snowboards 1 week per year, hitting the park, bomb downhill every type of run and float in miles of offpiste fields (first powder ever!), I only have to thank God there is Bataleon! TBT is the Maradona of Snowboard!! Move your ass from the couch and GET ONE! NOW!!!
14/03/2010 - Toni
If you're happy and you love it say forward, Batazion rulez the nation !! Peaz
10/03/2010 - tomas Strooband
This year i bought a goliath 153. I love it. Its stable when carving and so fun to play whit on low speed :).
08/03/2010 - yeah4it
this year i bought a funkink, it was my first bataleon and it has been the best board ive ever owned! TBT has helped me improve so much this year and now its the only brand of board ill ride. gettin a riot forshure next year. TBT 4 LIFE
05/03/2010 - Johan Nilsson
Its the second season im riding the Goliath, I love it. Im getting a Fun.Kink for next season. Gah, such a long wait. You need to post some videos where someone is riding the 10/11 Fun.Kink! I want to see it in action! =)
04/03/2010 - Toha
Beginners seek advice from riders with experience. But sometimes experienced riders may be blinded by their own skill level to make a great beginner board suggestion. I am currently a beginner, and let me just say that I feel your pain, n00bs. So here's a piece of advice to beginners, from a beginner: Get a Bataleon board. I have ridden a flat board several times and just switched to a Goliath and took it for a spin twice already. What a difference! Even as a beginner, who isn't supposed to know the difference between boards (so I was told), I noticed how much faster this board is, and best of all FAR LESS EDGE CATCHING. Both straight lining and carving is a lot smoother and a lot more forgiving. It really creates a better learning environment than a flat board. So forget cheap rentals or $100 crap sticks at your local sport shops. Get a Bataleon with TBT and you will keep it for a while, both to learn on and go hard on. Even though I'm a beginner now, I don't see myself growing out of this board even as I improve my riding. I love my board. I love TBT. YEAH 4 IT!
03/03/2010 - simon cockerham
ive just recieved this years airobic, i have been mourning the death of my evil twin (or mortal wounding due to a service by snow and rock uk) it was a board which has given me the confidence to hit the piste/off piste alike, hard and confidence to start doing small jumps and stuff, grinds are easy, im normally a free rider, thanks to bataleon ive decided to hit the park this year! Thanks for all the good work!
03/03/2010 - Ian Adique
i just got the airobic today and rode at a local hill....and this thing is the shit!!!! ionno what im going to do with my gnu chb.....
01/03/2010 - Melody
Love the technology! Only problem is your smallest board (143) is still slightly big for me. Is bataleon going to come out with a slightly smaller size? maybe a 137 or 136 or something?
28/02/2010 - George
I like it real good!
26/02/2010 - youbet
I've been riding a Jam 161W for the last two years and for the life of me can't understand why this isn't the only board available. I have season pass in the UP of MI Indian Head Mountain and use it every weekend. 180" fresh stuff this year so far. This board does it all, from jumping, woods, powder, groomed, lunch and back to jumping. Tossed it in to get waxed last week and the tech's have never seen one. Hope this changes. TBT For the long run.
24/02/2010 - Paul
I got a enemy 161 last week and am amazed at the tbt! It is a rocket ship and is very stable at speed. I just ordered the airobic and can't wait for that to get here tomorrow, so I can have both ends of the flex spectrum! Yeah for it!
23/02/2010 - Bennnnnnnnnnn
TBT... what can't I say about TBT! It makes for one of the best boards I have ever ridden. I have owned B****n boards for over a dozen years. Some kits costing as much as 2 grand. However, this year was different. A new shop opened up in my city, selling brands that no one else carries... Bataleon, being one of them. So I picked myself up a 155 ET artist edition and WOW!!!! took a day to really get used to it after a decade of flat base riding. The thing rips like a bat out of hell... the edge transition is lightning quick... you wished every other board rode this good after floating down a pow line. oh yeah, it butters like the dirty offspring of two spoons and a hunk of plywood's drunken sex romp. But seriously, everything Bataleon claims it does, IT DOES. Just be prepared to wax more often as edge burn is a daily occurance, maybe from going so fast :P YEAH4IT
22/02/2010 - Vipe
tbt isn't better than sex but I'm fucking sure tbt gets the second place on the list of the greatest things in life
21/02/2010 - TBT Believer!!!
Preface: I am an ok park rider & intermediate-advanced all mountain rider. I am not a professional reviewer, but I thought I would share this anyway. I currently have the green and black 07-08 Evil Twin 159/Union setup that I have ridden for 3 years. It is awesome and I love the board. The 59 is a little long for me, so Im sizing down for next year. I had never ridden a rocker type board before today and wanted to check out first hand what all the BS is about. Here is my review of Mervin BTX vs Burton Vrocker vs Burton Camber vs TBT. Today I rode a 57 Lib TRS BTX, 57 Burton X8 with v-rocker, and 58 Easy Livin (cambered version); 2 weeks ago I did a Bataleon Airobic 155 demo. I wanted to demo an Easy Livin Flyin V but I couldnt find one anywhere. The Lib was fun. Poppy, easy to butter, a little unstable at speed though. Pop was great and the BTX was very pronounced. Also, the WW was too narrow for me. Pass... The X8 Vrocker was extremely fun but very very soft. A little too soft for me I think. Softer than the Airobic for sure which is very flexy. A bad ass Burton Pro named Stefan Maurer pushes this thing around "like wo" in the pirates film Jolly Roger. Chorlton is a "pirate", so all you Bataleon fans should watch it for his footy anyway... The Burton 58 Easy Livin was my least favorite of all these. Good pop, stiff tail, twin shape, good response to binding movement, but felt heavy. I wanted to hit a couple of the med-to-big jump lines today, but the damn visibility was like 10 feet and it just wasn't safe. It actually felt quite a bit heavier than the X8 and the Lib. Maybe due to the size, maybe b/c I was getting tired. I really wanted to demo a Flyin V version of this board to compare, but they are elusive I guess. After this demo day,I will never go back to a regular flat based board ever again!!! I am leaning toward a 2011 Bataleon Airobic 55 (great work Bataleon graphic's department)/Union Contact kit for next year. The 55 Airobic is a PERFECT park board IMO. For SoCal mtns, it is all I could ever ask for. I will prob also get a Riot for when I am ready to step it up a notch... I was concerned about the Airobic base speed wise, but I was flying past other riders all day. I loved the weight, flex, and playfulness. The Airobic was "jibaliscious" and "buttertastic" (not my words, but true nonetheless). If you have not tried a Bataleon, go find one and do it. TBT is a totally different feel vs all other flat based boards. I actually saw a kid with the 2011 Artist Edition (must be a team rider I guess) who was killing it at Bear Mtn... For all those haters out there, dont open your mouth if you have never ridden a Bataleon. GO FIND ONE TO RIDE AND YOU WILL BE A CONVERT!!! Anyway, these were my thoughts from today. Thought Id share...
19/02/2010 - Owain ap Gruffydd
Its snowing heavily here in Livigno, Italy. Free day tomorrow OH WHAT JOY. Will be snowboarding on my new ET all day in fresh powder, just cant wait.
18/02/2010 - Alex Zartman
I bought a 2009 Goliath 161. I have used it now for 7 days in Utah, Colorado and Vermont. All I can say is this is the fastest, best handling board I have ever ridden. It turns super fast, it rides even faster...perfect for those long flats when traversing the mountains on the cat tracks. I used all temp rub on wax after every session. This board seems bullet proof. I plan on sticking with TBT for a long time coming. Yeah for it!
18/02/2010 - kevdog
TBT is like Christopher Columbus. Before him, people actually thought flat was for real. Yeah for it, for real, yo.
17/02/2010 - kris hawkins
Bataleon is awesome, i have been demoing the riot 151 last years model. i ride on the northstar snowboard team, thanks for sending them to Brandon and Ryan for us to use them. tbt rocks
17/02/2010 - CaseyZ
Just came back from a week high up in the Alps on my Jam 164W....wooooaaaah what a board for flying down pistes stable and in control, driving the board through the turns and sailing through deep powder!! Yeah 4 it!!
10/02/2010 - Smile Contest Winner
I got the Goliath 157 wide and I would have to say so far it is sick. I live in the midwest and it has been super icy lately and a problem I have had with every other board i owned was washing out alot but this board just grabs the ice love it... Spins are easier and never catch and edge. So far I would say overall this board is great and tbt rocks lets hope when I get in some other conditions it performs just as well. my only complaint so far would be the base gets dry really fast but just have to wax a little more then usual no big deal.
09/02/2010 - Kraven Moorehead
bought a Jam 161w with out demo'ing first, thought i had made a big mistake when i rode it for the first 200yards... then it happened. pretty sure i'm batchitcrazy for bataleon for life now. Also, i didnt really need a 'wide' board, but i cant tell at all that this is the widest board i've ever ridden. tbt cures what ails ya
08/02/2010 - Wires
Saw the whole thing, dude. First you were all like "whoa", and we were like "whoa", and you were like "whoaaaaaaaa..."
08/02/2010 - andreas
yeah guys. bought last week the fun kink 153. its a great plesure to ride these fucking board. easy turns and bomb down the hill. thx bataleon
08/02/2010 - David
wow, just used my goliath today and tbt is legit. no edge catches and the confidence it gives you WILL make you a better rider, much better
07/02/2010 - Darius
TBT on my 161 Jam is great. I'm a beginner and turning is way easier. This definitely makes snowboarding more fun. Thanks Bataleon!!
05/02/2010 - ryan
TBT is some real shit! having never rode on a bataleon i copped and rode my 153 goliath and it ripped every part of the mountain i took it on. truly an all mountain board. and DEFINITELY a new repeat customer
04/02/2010 - Cameron Gordon
Dear Bataleon, TBT just doesn't make sense... Like a futuristic vessel that can read my mind =) YEAH4!T

01/02/2010 - Schmidt
I tried my 157w Goliath yesterday and im sooooo stoked!!! TBT is Worldchanging.. it gives so much confidence in doing anything.. even Powder was soooo easy (im 190cm and 85kg). TBT helps landing spins and sketchy landings. Believe what the peoples saying on this site.. cause its TRUE!!! Bataleon YEAH FOR IT!!! Customer FOREVER!
29/01/2010 - Nico
Nico
26/01/2010 - Federico
I'm a beginner however I did try some boards every time I was renting them. I even tried some kind of reverse camber and I must say that with the Goliath 2010 that I bought I felt more in control than with the reverse rocker but still enjoying the same sense of "freedom". The best from the 2 worlds. Good job.
26/01/2010 - Stef
Bought a goliath, the board is simply INSANE, I love how it pops, and I never cought edge! The new Batazion looks insane btw! send me one... Yeah for it!
26/01/2010 - Jan
tbt is awesome on boxes and ledges! first try ever front tail to frontboard!
26/01/2010 - Rob
Ok. So I never had a snowboard of my own. I otok the plunge and after years of wanting - i bought a bataleon. Let me tell you the Goliath 2010 is ridiculously AWESOME.....Took it to Espace Killy and did i rip it up?? YES...did i ever catch an edge, no, did i ride on the flat like a surfer - hell yes. riding was a joy, it popped, it rode fast. it is and was beautiful. it has a few scratches on the top surface, but by god i am the happiest snowboarder alive. Thank you Bataleon
23/01/2010 - kary
first try ever nollie bs lipslide on rail stomped, new ET is insane. cheers guys
23/01/2010 - Schmidt
Bought a 157w Goliath 2010 and a 164 Goliath 2009.. Stoked to try them and try TBT :-) Feedback will follow for sure! Gruß ais FFM
21/01/2010 - Kyle O
I started using the 157 Goliath at the beginning of the 09-10 season and Im blown AWAY. I have never had a smoother ride in my life.I have been using Ride and Burton and I am likely to NEVER GO BACK. I have taken this board all over from Whistler/Blackcomb to Kirk Wood. The TBT technology is unlike anything out there. I LOVE IT. Im currently waiting for my 155 Riot to come. SO pumped.
20/01/2010 - J
Tried a TBT Twin 151 test board last week in Austria. I am totally convinced!! YEAH FOR IT! Need to by me an ET 151! Popping, ramps, 360's, carving, powder...everything went smooth as hell! From now on, I won't strap on fake shit anymore!
20/01/2010 - Ben
Just bought a Goliath cant wait to test it this weekend, Actually couldnt sleep the day I bought it!
20/01/2010 - Chellimus
Tried an Evil Twil last year. After 1 slope I knew I URGENTLY had to replace my Burton Custom with a Bataleon. It's totally amazing how much grip you have on icy slopes. Bought a Jam and it's totally awesome. I'm so much more relaxed on my board now.
20/01/2010 - Kiwi
Shit man, is that true about Elan making most boards? I once heard the same thing about Wild Duck??? Who knows?? Totally agree that Bataleon quality is as good as it gets, edges dont just explode, C'mon man! P.S. Riot 159, best deck in the fucking world, end of story.
20/01/2010 - Gabe R.
hey just saying im wayy better now thanks to the confidence TBT has instilled in me YEAH FOR IT MOTHAAA FCKAAAAA btw... what happened to nick visconti? too much sex drugs and rock&roll for you guys?
19/01/2010 - lars
I'm definitely not the world's best rider ... but maybe that's what the board excuses - it all seems so much easier and more fun!!! getting ready for my next tbt board (goliath 153) - can't wait. try it out & judge for yourself
19/01/2010 - Manuel
I work in a shops in Spain and if a customer comes back with a damage like that we tell him " no way " that is warranty. Sometime they get angry but not 1 company we work with will replace that boards.
19/01/2010 - Kenny Powers
I was just reading over some Bataleon feedback and came across the dipshit who ruined his board on a rail and was trying to say it was the quality of the board. Now I'm no expert - I only own one of the biggest independent snowboard shops in Canada and peed on Dave Cashen's foot once, so needless to say my experience and knowledge is obviously extremely limited - but I'll throw my 2 cents in anyway. It is IMPOSSIBLE to blow out an edge like that by just riding around. Sweet blond haired almost Swedish looking baby Jesus... are you goddam retarded? Please do yourself a favour: go by a piece of shit like a Burton or Forum or Rome and join the rest of the whinny bitches that buy crap like that and make insane comments about how their boards suck when they get a chip (boo fuckin hoo) or case it on a rail and break it in half. At least next time you break your board don't post photo evidence and then claim it was "the quality". Bush league man... totally bush league. Bataleon quality is as good as it gets, and unlike most other snowboards, it isn't just an Elan with a different graphic on it. Wait - you did know that Elan, the super fantastic SKI COMPANY makes most of the snowboards out there right?? Idiot.
17/01/2010 - Billy
I'v had a 09 fun kink for a year.. And I didn't hold back on it. And I have hardly any damage. my only porblem was....... it got stolen out side the hotel =( anyway I have a new fun kink USA coming CAN'T WATE!!
17/01/2010 - Jaksen
Any board will eventually get damaged when jibbing urban features/steel rails...or you just smashed it up because you're a mole from another company - Busted! j/k, but I'm sure you had more fun with TBT doing whatever you did.
17/01/2010 - BA
i have fallen in love with the tbt! Being a midwest rider you gotta have a nice flexy board with a lot of pop! It took a little to get used to, but now its everything i could of ever want in a shred stick! Your guy's boards won me over! I choose my Airobic to ride over my Burton UNINC anyday! And orsgirgir. thats impact from a rail or something anyboard will do that..
16/01/2010 - orsgjrgjr
yeah a rock, great quality if a rock cracked an edge like that. Too bad I live in the Midwest and there isn't a single rock on the mountain. I understand your warranty policies but your boards just don't hold up.
16/01/2010 - BS
@orsgjrgjr I have been selling bataleon for 3 seasons now and I must say they are solid boards the warranty issues are not more than other brands I would say maybe even less. Your edge cracking is obviously the result of hitting some serious rocks that's never a warranty so I think you are over reacting here...
16/01/2010 - SF
Yeah for it!
16/01/2010 - Ben R
Rode my new board(the jam) for the first time yesterday in montana. It was seriously the most fun ive ever had snowboarding. At the end of the day i made both my friends try it out just so they could understand what i was raving about. They both loved it and said next time they buy boards it will be bataleon.
12/01/2010 - orsgjrgjr

tbt is awesome and all but the quality of these boards suck and dont last. had a funk kink usa and rode it for a month and the top base chipped about 5 different times, whole edge cracked in half and un-ridealbe. not worth the money at all.
12/01/2010 - Ollie
Floats from edge to edge, light, poppy and all round fantastic. TBT is it!
11/01/2010 - Rob
Bataleon has been featured in the 'Innovation Product' section of the BBC Ski Sunday Snow (check out on the iPlayer). Looks like words getting around!

10/01/2010 - Leo
This afternoon I exchange my Airobic with my friend's one. After the first track, he decided to throw away his Apo Selekta and to get a Bataleon. He just bought an Evil Twin this evening. Bataleon sucks !!!
05/01/2010 - me
been riding my funkink for 1 year now. i cant imagine riding without tbt anymore. it forgives you so many mistakes, and gives you new freedom. it also floats way better. i dont think i will ever buy a board without tbt.
05/01/2010 - Jake
Just saw larrogs ridding in Alpe Dhuez, France. Bataleon is the shit.
03/01/2010 - marcu
je viens juste de m'acheter la Evil twin 2010, incroyable de facilité de legerté, exactement ce que je cherchais; la tbt apporte beaucoup de souplesse et de nervosité. impossible de descendre de la planche à la fin de la journée !
03/01/2010 - Vipe
I rented the bataleon test board for one day, FUCK MAN, it was great! never snowboarding felt so good, it was like flying over the snow. I never want a normal flat board or reverse camber shit anymore, tbt is fucking epic. Yeah I'm serious, tbt is way better than sex. T B T F T W !
29/12/2009 - Nitro NL
A frend told me about the bataleon products so i had a look at the tbt and where very interested in the concept so 2 Weeks agow i take distance from my old board. Now i have a funkink and it boards great I have more control than before. Now i go downhill with a bigsmile
29/12/2009 - heartbroken
i am incredibly jealous of my friends bataleon and im so stoked to get one next season, maybe this season if i win the contest. Smile! It's Snowboarding
28/12/2009 - Mike N.
I just got and test my 159' Riot! Excellent riding in Parks and pow, litle stify in rails the best in ground tricks! No more flat boards for me!!! TBT all the way to the and!!!
23/12/2009 - C.Lyd
my friend was demoing a arbor for 5 straight days saying he loved it and was about to make a purchase, i shook my head and said "dude, you gotta try my bataleon (funkink USA)" i switch my bindings with his and let him play around. after ONE run he hates me. not because he hates the board, but because he has to tell the arbor dudes that he changed his mind and is getting a bataleon instead. YEAH 4 IT!
23/12/2009 - Francis
147 Airobic floats like a butterfly stings like a bee.
22/12/2009 - William
My FUN KINK ROCK'S!!! 11 days till i go away =)
22/12/2009 - Josh
My Fun.Kink kicks ass
21/12/2009 - Andy Redfern
Awesome! Have been wanting a Goliath for ages but was gonna make do with my old board this season to svae the cash. Took a demo board after four days riding and felt the tiredness lift, effortless riding, has doubled the fun!
21/12/2009 - Leo
Ridin an Airobic for 3 days. IT DEFINITELY SUCKS !!! The TBT is the higher technology for the flat. For the rails. For kickers. Bataleon one day, Bataleon all days.
19/12/2009 - Danny Boy
Spent the last few days riding The Jam 164. This is a fantastic board. Does exactly what it says on the tin. No matter how hard you ride it you always feel in control. Well done Bataleon.
17/12/2009 - john
i was just testing if they show evy feedback. i love tbt!
17/12/2009 - Marc
Last year i had ride the Jam of a friend of mine in Solden, that was the greatest board i have ever ride on ! This year i orderd a brand new Jam 161. Can't wait to ride it !! Smile !!
16/12/2009 - john

15/12/2009 - Kendall

13/12/2009 - Brice
I ride on an Evil twin... it's so smooth an easy to ride... It's a true twin so you can ride both sides which is good to progress. Et le PALUM, you've got your Goliath???? YeaH for it
08/12/2009 - LEE JOHNSTON, BRAINTREE, ESSEX
I FINALLY GOT TO RIDE MY BATALEON GOLIATH 157W WIRH A SWEET RED BASE AND I TELL YA ITS PROPPER FAST, THROW ANYTING AT THIS BOARD ITS JUST CHICKEN ORIENTAL. HELL BLOODY YEAH FOR IT. BATALEON TILL I ER RETIRE!
08/12/2009 - Brian
My goliath 09/10 is great! Thanks to the TBT my landings are so smooth. TBT is definitly better than ROCKER!! Some of the rocker boards are sketchy/slippery in sketchy landings, especially at kickers and jumps. In the style of the TBT and the goliath and all the other bataleon stuff, even softgoods and presentation you simply see that bataleon is made for and by lovers THANKS TBT!!
07/12/2009 - LAAA!!!
finally i got to ride my evil twin yesterday so smooth and buttery i didn't catch a edge best board i have ever had and its fun to ride yeah for it!!!
06/12/2009 - Jackson Diamond
First day on rails with the evil twin. Talk about butter smooth. I added two new tricks to my bag today. Confidence all day long.
04/12/2009 - dks

02/12/2009 - asaf
Got my Evil twin 155 last season and tried it in Val Thorens France It was love at first site and fXXXX awesome on the first ride!! (this board just keeps smiling at me...)
01/12/2009 - Chris F
TBT = Awesome. Decided it was time for a new board, been riding a 08/09 155 Riot for about a year now and i was in my mind that TBT wasn't all that, so i went off to my local board shop and demoed everything in the store almost, Rocker Boards, Camber Boards, Rocker/Camber Boards, Fruit related boards and then i took the Goliath out and was instantly proved that TBT is the best. The only board i tried to put a smile on my face the whole time. TBT is the only way forward and bought a 157 there and then.
29/11/2009 - Garett Kopp
Ok, i know, i still don't have your board yet, (I'm workin on it!, PhotoStudent=NoMoney) But last winter, borrowed a board from a buddy, the first lap felt smooth, 2nd lap better, and lets just say first day i was able to throw 14 flips, and at least 30 solid spins with out real bail up at Bachelor. Oh and rails... Fuh, like those things! Forgetabout IT! Bataleon-So close to gettin Mine!
22/11/2009 - Gabe
OMG FINALLY I CAN RAVE THE SHIT OUTTA THIS THING!! TBT IS AMAZING i was so stoked to get my hands on the last '09 Evil Twin on sale in the summer, used it today. I DID NOT catch an edge. EVER. first time i went down the hill, i didnt even realize how much flex that mofo had until i bailed on my back from pressing too far over! I ended up going way more balls out than i usually do! PLUS I LANDED ERRYTHING!!! SHIIIIIIIIIIIIT TBT HELL-TO-THE-YEAH FOR IT!!
19/11/2009 - Travis Robinson
I broke my board at the end of last season. There was a rail jam i wanted to participate in and I was without a board so I used a demo board (fun kink) from a local boardshop( [BS] The Board Shop Lake geneva WI) and I absolutely loved it!! I felt more confidence with all my tricks on the fun kink after just one ride than I did after many seasons on my previous board! thanks Bataleon for the TBT!! and I just bought my own fun kink for this season and can't wait to ride it!
19/11/2009 - Guy from Latvia
For the last 2 seasons I have ridden 2 evil twins. The white and green one. Stoooked! I go so smooth down the boxes.. no catching at all! Speed at all times, great pop and durability. I'm riding round 90 days in the year (thanks for global warming) and every time I'm thankful for TBT. Next evil twin 155 - I'm coming! Great job Bataleon
17/11/2009 - Alfy
I am an engineer as well as being a snowboarder for the last 13 years, after readig bataleon's ravings & claims it made sense,so much sense infact i went out and bought an enemy. Tried it out last weeked and WOW!! Dose every thing it says on the tin and more! Confidence inspiring like i have never found on any other board. The future is defo here! Thanks Bat :-)
16/11/2009 - Deon
i just got my Fun.Kink USA 153 and i will never ride another brand of snowboards again, the fun.kink.is so poppy and amazing , Bataleon for life!!!!
15/11/2009 - Jackson Diamond
Two days on the TBT. Never had more fun crusing. TBT shines in chopped powder. So far lovin it!
13/11/2009 - Alvin (TbT convert) Kingsbury
I was advised by the dudes in Mr Chorlton's board shop in Andorra last season to get onboard(pardon the pun) of the bataleon crew's stylings. I'm like a proud father of my Fun.Kink, smug as a pop star. Never a truer word spoken about the funnist board around. Now the winter is already looking good in the pyrenees, got me seasonaires pas for Piau(France) and ready to PLAY like an Aussie seening the snow for the first time. Pure fun! Viva la TbT revolution. iYa Basta!
12/11/2009 - Espen M
I have been riding my Evil Twin for two seasons now, so i though it was time to get a new board.. A new Evil Twin of course! TBT really has improved my riding skill, and i dont believe that I will ever actively use another brand! Thanks Bataleon!
12/11/2009 - JacksonDiamond
Just got my new evil twin. Cant wait to test it out this weekend. I will be back next week with some real feedback. Thanks!
12/11/2009 -

11/11/2009 - jan
Can't wait to shred my new Fun.kink! I hope MS.Holle dumps enough snow on the Black Forest!
10/11/2009 - julian
it seems bataleon have improved the snowboard. so you can either buy a real tbt snowboard or ride some inferior shit.
06/11/2009 - Leo
Duuuuude ! Chris in the team, great bullshit ! Yeah for it !!!
05/11/2009 - M. Kandl
I freeride hard and always felt limited, which I chalked up to my own inability to break beyond. I stumbled upon a Bataleon board a few years back and have been boosted in my abilities AND love for the sport that I never dreamed possible. This TBT is for real and it is what it is about; it is that different!!! Thanks Bataleon for the FUN that I could have missed !!!!!
04/11/2009 - oiN8io
Just ordered an Evil Twin yesterday, it should be here tomorrow! If I getta chance this weekend I'll be on it for sure! Way to go Bataleon thanks for the awesome boards!!
02/11/2009 - M. Irwin
TBT is awesome. Was shopping for a board with some crazy new reverse camber tech when I stumbled across a crew of Bataleon reps at my local ski resort. One thing led to another and I walked away with a 153 Violenza. It was like an instant ability booster. Not only did I end the season with extreme confidence on steeps, I even took my board into the park to stomp boxes -- for the very first time! Once you go TBT, you can never go back.
30/10/2009 - Wurstl
Rode a lot of different boards last season but nothing even came close to the bataleonz I tried. So I picked up a riot for this season and gonna take it up to the kitz next weekend yea yeea!
30/10/2009 - Matt Raven
Just got my new Evil Twin!! Thanks Bataleon Loving your work!:) @A.hitler - Must be school holidays the kiddies are off :P TBT YEAH FOR IT!
29/10/2009 - Von

29/10/2009 - Justin Hauck
Well I swear by Bataleon and even love to show it off... Check out my bataleon photo on the front page of the Seattle Times...
29/10/2009 - Ellz
Fun.kink USA Edition is duh shizz LAVVV IT. I want some clothes to go along with it too but that's taking a lil too long to come in. Bataleon soft goods were supposed to be in 3 months ago. Even though I'm sad imma still buy those clothes =) I Love Bataleon
28/10/2009 - CLyd
▼▼▼▼ Hilter would say that. TBT doesnt make you slide all over the place, if anything the burton "cruise control" crap will. TBT is flat where you want it.
28/10/2009 - A.hitler
Bataleon is shit. TBT is a joke... it makes it almost impossible to grab any edge so you slide around with no controll at all. buy a burton
26/10/2009 - Sascha Henderson
I hope you all are right about how great this TBT is supposed to be. I'm sold after reading all the feedback and watching some vids. So i spent more money than i should have to get the Evil Twin Artist Edition. Should be arriving any day now. I'm so stoked about it!
22/10/2009 - Griffin Brain
Anyone not riding TBT this season is holding back the sport of snowboarding.
22/10/2009 - Chris Moye
Just picked up a 59 Riot for myself and a 51 Distortia for my girl. Last season I rode a 57 Jam and loved it. Totally stoked for the season. @ Joker$ If you had ridden one you would realize its not hype...Better than banana, better than Scoop, better than rocker-camber. I have ridden them all and TbT is better than all of them. Don't believe me, don't take my word for it, just give it a fair shake come snow season. Cheers
18/10/2009 - JIBBER
Just got an Airobic and test rode her at Hemel Snow Centre on Friday. It ROCKS! Dont delay, buy one today haha
16/10/2009 - in regards to below
that's because it is!!! once you ride that goliath you'll fuckin know!
14/10/2009 - JOKER§ (get a grip people)
i'm going to buy a goliath for next season :D it's sick grafics and al-around shape are just my thing :P But there is one thing that i realy hate about the bataleon boards... al the hype s**t about tbt, on the whole site every single person thinks its devine or somthing... it's making me sick!!
14/10/2009 - Michael GR KLMT
Ready for flawless JAM Sessions with my 157 JAM...TBT ROCKS!!! \m/ \m/
13/10/2009 - Jacob
It's that time of year again! Love my evil twin. Splendid board. Yeah for it!
13/10/2009 - jeff
My girlfriend bought me the evil twin for my birthday. Lets just say this board is the Rolls Royce of boards. I feel like I'm riding on a cloud. I've had about six different boards and this one by far is the best.
08/10/2009 - Leo
Long life to Bataleon !!!!
01/10/2009 - philey
been riding the fun.kink 153 for a while now... the name sais it all... sooo much more fun than flat boards... it really gives you a lot more possiblities and confidence. sooo stoked about tbt
29/09/2009 - Julian
I've just bought the airobic 151... and i love it Bataleon = Best Cheerio from Austria
26/09/2009 - Lesman, READING
So I've just taken delivery of my Evil Twin - Rode a mate's (Yeah Tilly) last season for two hours and it changed my life! Roll on winter!
27/08/2009 - Thomas de Jonge
I took commin' seasons Enemy++ for a test run last winter en I ordered one right away. I have never had a board so responsive and snappy but on the other hand easy to handle (because of the 3 fingers) I have ridden a lot of brands in my life but nothing like a Bataleon. It's a whole "new" idea of snowboarding and it rocks like hell!!!!! It just keeps you smiling, because it's snowboarding! YEAH for it!
24/08/2009 - Fuchs
i ride the riot...and is the best board ever...YEAH FOR IT
21/08/2009 - Sonja Berg
ShiiATT!! So i just wanna say the TBT 'aint all hype. I was lucky enough to get the chance to borrow my buddies board, and i will say it was like sex on a stick! amazing. so smooth , so buttery, so responsive. i have an ace board now but i swear next time, it's BATALEON all the WAY!!! keep up the TBT and PROPS! :P
15/08/2009 - Dennis McGowen
I have been snowboarding for a long time and always wondered why snowboards were shaped like skis. I do engineering for a living and have long thought that snowboards needed a serious rethinking to progress forward and POW! Here comes Bataleon with the TBT and I almost cried with joy when I saw the design......they have fixed all of the flaws with the current day snowboard design. I bought a Goliath for me, a Goliath for my youngest son, and a Funkink for my oldest son and I can honestly say that we will never ride any other kind of board! Bataleon for life!
13/08/2009 - Fani from Bulgaria
I just want to share with you that I've been riding for 11 years so far and since I tried my first Bataleon board 5 years ago I got addicted. But what I really want you to know that I'm totally in love with my Distortia board. The best thing someone ever made for snowboarding girls. thanks guys
12/08/2009 - Benny
tbt is so amazing, i will always ride bataleon after my first ride in the mountain on my evil twin, so damn smooth!
07/08/2009 - alex

12/07/2009 - Shawn Buesgens
At the end of the 08/09 season my old capita was toast. As my board became unridable i convinced my dad to get me a new board. I made sure of it that i got a Bataleon. My new Fun.Kink 157 is a wee big for me but still it is uncomparable to anything else i have ridin. TBT is BIG. You folks are genius!
10/07/2009 - lee johnston ESSEX!
TSA blagged an early allocation of the 2010 collection so i just got my 2010 goliath 157w it is just absolutely spot on for me! cant wait untill the season! TBT is the way forward. word.

15/06/2009 - jack
I LOVE MY EVIL TWIN:D
12/06/2009 - Justin Hawk
I snowboard every single day during the winter and have ridin a lot of boards. Now every board has there different techs. but by far the best I have riden is Bataleon (That gay Burton Hero that stole TBT and Bananna Tech is a poser) I have a 157W Goliath, 155 Airobic, and a 151 Evil Twin and each has taken a beating and never let me down. Just make the easy choice and choose Bataleon. Cause when it comes down to it do you wanna be one man or part of a Bataleon!
26/05/2009 - Jonathan from New Zealand
i have and 07/08 hero best board ive ridin period, the tbt makes a huge difference. im just about to buy my wife one and my brother is getting one two. awsum stuff
25/05/2009 - phil halt
i just came back from 5 days of riding my new fun.kink 53 in hintertux... its so epic. dont wanna ride any other board at the moment. it butters soo smoth, i havent caught an edge once. its really cool for everything. besides buttering it also worked great on bigger kickers, and stood stable at high speed... epic. tbt ftw. bataleon rules, thanks
23/05/2009 - shaun from uk
after a lot of research between reverse camber and tbt i bought an evil twin, WOW! the board is ace... let 2 of my mates ride it and they're converted and will be gettng their own soon.. now all i want is the yellow beanie...

27/04/2009 - Why not
U guys brought fun back to snowboarding. First time i feel really really sad that the season ends. Evil Twin in park, the Riot in Pow. Heaven. I let my friends try my TBT's, and they're all want to buy a Bataleon now. Ur welcome but most of all; thank u and if there would be a Nobel-prize for snowboarding, i think we all know who should win it... B is for Bataleon
24/04/2009 - matt martel
Yeah so, riding my riot after 150 days or more on hill for 8 hours a day (working as park crew and days off) and never waxed once, never tuned once, just rode. still straight-lining faster than my friends in shitty spring snow, even after jibbing rails, boxes, trees and rocks. i own the jam as well, but she only comes out when the snow does. make sure you make more boards for next year guys, because my girlfriend, friends and myself need more 'B' in our lives next winter, and I don't mean that other 'B' company...
22/04/2009 - Athen
came back after a week of riding of my brand new Violenza - loved it! absolutely awesome! speed and control! it was spring, violenza conquered slush, ice (real packed ice) and powder! go go violenza!
21/04/2009 - xDanx

10/04/2009 - Gav Wares

01/04/2009 - simon cope
Just got back from a stint in France, using my new Evil Twin. Life is good with TBT! Everything is so much more enjoyable - even wiping out makes you laugh! I'm proud to own a Bataleon board, and will sing your praise to anyone who bothers listening! Woooooop!!!
31/03/2009 - Russell Behrmann
I am convinced however I would like to try one. I just invested in a libtech TRS equiped with banana technology and magnatraction. I believe that the 3 base tech is probably better because it is more natural. However trying is believing. I have to be honest. I am almost ready to auction off my current snowboard. Trying a bataleon out will probably push me over the edge. Please let me know how this can happen? Thanks Sincerely, Russell C. Behrmann
27/03/2009 - saf
This is my second season and i have an evil twin and it is truly awesome. bataleon is mint.
25/03/2009 - Ryan C
I had a chance to take the Goliath out to Killington on Saturday 21st and Sunday the 22nd. Saturday the skies were blue and the sun was shining. Temp was mid 40's and the snow was nice and soft and not slushy. Snow was quite amazing. On Sunday we got hit with snow. It was about 30 degrees out and we got 7"-8" of snow. So what I am trying to say is that I basically got to take the board out on every condition there was: soft snow, ice, hard pack, some slush, and POW. Bottom line....This board killed it all. It held an edge on ice extremely well, floated in the POW, and had absolutely no chatter at speed. Not to mention it has awesome flex and pop. Can't wait to take it out again this weekend! YEAH FOR IT!
24/03/2009 - Gavin Breeze
Just bought a Evil Twin, was worried i wouldn't like the TBT tech after 9 years of riding traditional boards, but loved it! All boards should be made this way!

Just got back from riding my new Goliath for the first time. I'm afraid it's all true! Buy one, believe the hype. YEAH FOR IT!!!
23/03/2009 - samule
i bought goliath 161 and ride it with burton triad bindings. This board is awsome, just what i needed. For slope cruise, powder, park jumps and can handle rails too. big ups!!!
22/03/2009 - Rob (Switzerland)
Hmmm! How can I say this - It's like running as fast as you can in pair of shoes for years, knowing things could be better and then given a new invention called a pair of trainers! I was amazed it's that fundamental. Within the first 100m I was aware I was experiencing a new era in the evolution of Snowboarding. I bought "The Jam" (Wide version) today.

Just used my new fun kink 157 for a week in Austria and.... never going back. Never ever. Bataleon for life. TBT is awesome. Bataleon basically destroys every Burton board ive had in the past like they are pretty much raining hellfire down upon all other brands. Thanks Bataleon! Send me a shirt! Love Thomas x

Just had the luck to get the last 151 Riot of this season and had today my first snowday with it. I'm working in a skate/snowshop in bavaria and have seen and ridden many many (flat) boards over the last 8 years.. so i was very excited about my first bataleon board. The weather was fine, the snow was fine and the board was just...AWESOME! I am still so impressed, i can't desribe! The board surfs through the snow like a hovercraft! It's just such a big difference to all the other stuff out there, i will never ever ride any other board (and that will mean something ;))It improves every detail of my snowboarding, whatever kind of! I can commend the riot to every rider out there searching for a amazing stable speed stick with just freakin' POP! Absolutely YEAH FOR IT! Thanks bataleon!

I just spent a week in Ischgl with my new 08 Undisputed. This was my 21st season as a snowboarder (yeah, I'm old) and I'm almost speachless. TBT works so well I can't believe it! It's like riding a surfboard. No catching edges, no chopping on turns. Just grip and smooth lines! And in the POW the Undisputed destroys everyone else! I've been trying to keep at the back of the pack all week to enjoy the view of the action, but always seemed to be unable to go as slow as the others! If Bataleon had existed 20 years ago I might have become REALLY good! Thanks guys!
12/03/2009 - Sander
Well guys, I'm going boarding next week in Val Thorens with my shiny new Enemy! Yeah for it! I started out with a Goliath as my first snowboard and was lucky enough to pick up a very cheap 07-08 Enemy, so I bought it, of course. Gonna take them both with me but I am confident I will part from my trusty Goliath and it will stay at home on future trips! All I can say is I haven't ridden many other brands, I went straight to Bataleon after some crap rental Burton boards and I don't intend to switch brands either, never in my life that is! Your tech rocks and all you say on this website is true! TBT is probably the best thing to happen to snowboarding since snowboarding was invented! Can't say for sure, since I wasn't there but somehow I feel I'm right! Yeah for it!
11/03/2009 - ANDi
wow now i love the AIROBIC! today i was on VENETLA and managed to learn FS360 (link) and BS360 (link) both on one day! with tailcrap!!!! as you can see i still have a little problem with backside spins ;) but with the airobic's help i'm gonna figure it out very soon! thanks for this great austrian handcraft with nordic knowledge.

Triple base is nothing but incredible. i got my 09 evil twin two days ago and have learned more new tricks with tbt than i did with my k2 www. transitions are amazing, butters are amazing, landings are amazing, everything is amazing! thank you Bataleon for being amazing :)

Just bought 2009 Evil twin. I had it in the lobby of the Inn that I own in NH. Two guys staying there for the weekend tried to buy it from me!!! Get yours before they are all gone! P.S. I love the U.S.A.!!!!
3/03/2009 - Jaksen
For our annual Feb pow, I pulled out my out my 163 Locust (exactly same specs as the Undisputed, minus Kevlar). After our heaviest snowfall of the month, the untracked pow was stomach deep and so fluffy, I was under-gunned, needing a longer board like the 168. However, in the tracked/chopped pow, my FR TBT dominated - like I was smoothly surfing a choppy wave that others were fighting turbulently. As most spent the day falling, I was skashing and launching airs all over the place. Base is also very tough, taking heavy rock hits without exposing core shots...yet. My Bataleons are exceptionally well built, thank you.
3/03/2009 - J-Rod
Spent sometime researching if TBT was what I wanted for freestyle/hard pack riding with the fallowing parameters. Twin specific, with stiffness that can be taken anywhere on the mountain, stable at high speeds, and is still be manageable in powder conditions. After deciding on the Riot as the suitable option I found one used and gave it a try. It was everything I had hoped for. Light but not too light. Solid and stable at high speeds through crud and TBT holds edge as well anything out there. Not shifty or unpredictable like some had said. Extremely fun to ride switch and spin around. I recommend Bataleon as an option if you are considering reverse camber designs.
3/03/2009 - Tommy C
Im 6'4 and weight around 105kg and im riding the 07/08 evil twin 155 and an all mountain board and its just incredible. i never thought i would be able to ride such a short board but everything whistler throws at me the board just takes it and keep on giving....soooooo sick!!
3/03/2009 - sava
gettin the ltm. edition evil twin 2mrw last one on milo o n got it held so im so stoked
2/03/2009 - miguel
1/03/2009 - Alex
Swear by it! Will never by another board love my evil twin ltd! Just need stickers where\'s the love. By far best board I have ever rode! Stomp mad tricks land smooth. Nothing bad to say.
1/03/2009 - Tristan
I ride a 151 evil twin, this board is not only the pipe and park killer I was told it would be, it kills it in deep pow in the back country. I just got back from Niseko in Japan and was kinda worried how such a short board would handle deep pow. It destroyed the back country, this board is amazing TBT is the shit. My 2 other boards are gathering dust since I got my evil twin last year!
1/03/2009 - Jordan
Stevens!!! this is where i too discovered bataleon boards, I got a 57 jam (08 directional) and its the quiver killer for real, seasons been kinda bammer but the board just kills it in any condition. now we got pow and it rocks even more. I will never not have a bataleon board on me any time im at the mountain.
1/03/2009 - Nick Herdman
Been riding a 161 Jam in Ischgl for a week & 10 days in Fernie & it rules, all the tech stuff about TBT is true, it holds an edge better than anything, never gets hooked up & is great in pow. 1 board for all conditions & terrain
28/02/2009 - Fox
i ride the riot 159 and i must say thats the best board i have ever riden. you feel so save on everythin you do! smile, its snowboarding
27/02/2009 - Chris Moye
Dan P., instructor at Steven's Pass WA hooked me up with a 57 Jam last weekend... been riding it all this week and I lurves it. TBT is the shizzz. Butters so nice, way forgiving on sketch landings. A little soft and short for me, but it still rules. Gonna get a 59 Riot and 61 Jam next year. keep up the good work lads. Yeah for it!
25/02/2009 - J Burton
It's true what they say. It's all true. TBT is awesome. It took me just one hour on The Jam to discover the benefits. Nice one Bataleon, nice one! Keep on doing TBT and I'll be back for another one.
24/02/2009 - filippo bergamaschi
Mates... tbt is as nice as 7 virgins once in heaven! i'm just in love with my goliath, yes no teddy bears, i sleep only with her!
22/02/2009 - Oscar Quintana
got today a TBT board, hesitating between the Airobic or The Evil Twin, looking for a flexy and funny board, finally got Aerobic, I got stoned with this board, is good in allterrain and really funny, Thanks for creating the TBT.
21/02/2009 - lee johnston
tbt is great! i hired used evil twin for last two days, its weird to get used to at first, you can feel the board trying to catch an edge one minute you think your gonna go (at that time other boards you would have hit the deck), but dont, it makes you laugh. BUT when you do catch an edge it hurts big time propper rag doll on the hard stuff. I must say it was a great board, although i think sintered bases should be used on the whole range as i wanna go faster!
20/02/2009 - Tommy T
Dudes,
I was all set to come on here like everyone else and massively big up the TBT tech, which I kind of will, but bear with me for a sec.
I'm a pretty experienced rider, a couple of whole seasons and plenty of holidays in the French Alps, so i've ridden a fair few boards and know my way around. I was rocking a Ride Yukon 169 until last year so that gives you an idea of my riding style- hiking, steeps, drop offs etc.
This season was time for a new board so I tried out a Goliath at one of our indoor 'snow' slopes in the UK and was super impressed- switch was great and I landed some super sketchy 1's so I made the call on buying an undisputed 167.
The board looks great and is properly lightweight, and having just been out to the snow proper I had a great time on it. It's fucking quality for just point and shoot- you can really sit flat on it for straights and the edge to edge bit is fantastic. I also rode more switch than I have before, and the general feeling is pure smoothness.
You can kind of tell there's a but coming though... In terms of what it's trying to be i.e. a big mountain board, it didn't really soak up as much punishment as I thought it would in choppy snow - that carbon needs working on. Probably worse is that we did plenty of hors-piste missions and it took lots of knocks to the base and edges, which I kind of expect doing what we were doing, but the board didn't hold up well- particularly the top sheet which weirdly has chipped in several locations, something i've never managed to do before now.
So basically- TBT does indeed rock and i'm convinced it is the future of snowboarding, however you need to man up your big boards and think about your construction a little bit more!
Peace and freshies
T

Hi from Tokyo! Well I just started snowboarding this year, bought my first board, and felt like changing it soon, and got a carbon light-weight japanese made yonex 4xp... But dude, that smile caught my eyes so tight... I couldn't help buying evil twin as the third one in my first season. Though my main purpose was for freeride and butter tricks. In tons of banana users, my evil twin smiles and shines among them, I'm satisfied there are not too many bataleon users in Japan, Plus... well... TBT... Amazing! This is a twin tip though good for freerun and pow too. Easy for switch riding. High Ollie and great for butter... hmm... I don't want too many riders chose the smile.
Last but not least Bataleon,
Please don't stop producing the boards with "smily" written on. And, cling to the yellow color too...
This smile and board is really sick.

15/02/2009 - Eric-Paul
So a friend made me buy this weird board back in '06. It was called "The Hero" and it looked, well, rather odd - both shape and printwise. But from the first slope it had me riding, a sense of wonder crept onto me: I was the owner of the single fastest board on any resort I came across.
This Bataleon Hero accompanied me from the indoor crap in the Netherlands over the crowded French Alps to the Alborz mountains of Iran and nowhere have I found anyone that would beat me on a straight run. Am I a good boarder? Hell no, it's that funky triple-base riding me!
Since then I got 5 friends on the Bataleon fever - not one of them is regretting it.
I just bought a new Bataleon Jam to replace the Hero. Why, did the old board break? Hell no, yellow is just sooo pretty! Yeah for it!
15/02/2009 - Chad Mason
So yesterday at stevenspass i was just chillin doin some lip tricks in the mini pipe baseplate straight up shatters (screw burton) and i was riding with a bataleon rep who has a gang load of evil twins so he was just like fuck it i dont wanna grab a new baseplate hands me an evil twin 155 im soooo getting one next season you have so much more control and when your hauling ass you dont have to bounce edge to edge. funner than my good wood forum youngblood. yeah for it
14/02/2009 - Paffie
Been out riding with my Goliath 157W now for a few times. God its truely amazing! tbt all the way. Great allround board anyway, so glad I decided to buy it.
14/02/2009 - Joe
Got my evil the other day. Sick board. Unbelivable edge to edge and edge hold yet still so forgiving. Everything they say is true. Couldn't be more stoked. TBT
13/02/2009 - Harold the Butcher
Hi guys, last week I realized that all you say is DEFINITELY TRUE. Got my new Goliath and TBT is amazing. Total confidence in everything you may want to do. Goliath is perfect for everything from pow to speed to park. Great fun and I think one of the highest value for money in the market. Try that guys, you're not going back to flat..;)
12/02/2009 - Nick L
TBT makes snowboarding even more fun! Honestly these guys are the real deal. Sure every company tells you there stuff is the latest and greatest but Bataleon has seriously got this snowboarding thing right on. I just got my evil twin and could not be happier. This board does everything and more. Everything these guys say about TBT is true, carving from edge to edge is more fun and you can't land wrong on this board unless your upside-down lol. I will never go back to flat again. Smile is snowboarding!

"BTX (or any other rev-camber hype) vs TBT." - A short & funny rap. by Ted
Early in the season
I was ridin clean and steezin
On my Evil Twin Im leanin,
spinnin, grabbin, stompin, claimin
till I noticed somethin crazy
thought my eyes were gettin lazy
thought my brain was goin loco
too much schnapps in my hot coco?
NO.......
Everywhere I looked
I saw fruit, bananas.
From the slopes to the steeps
I saw fruit, bananas.
From the pow to the park
I saw fruit, bananas.
The kids
The girls
The guys, bananas.
Next thing I knew
Im at the bottom of the park
Waitin in the lift line
kinda thirsty feelin parched.
Noticed somethin kinda funny
I knew my ET was money
But a whole "FRUIT" crew starin?
I knew what they were thinkin-
Did I make the right decision?
Or make just another trendy buy.
I just grinned & kept my mouth shut
But then, I got stuck...
Hold up, wait a sec
Should I believe what my ears hear
& my eyes see?
3 riders on bananas
sittin next to & ask me...
Whats the deal?
Hows it feel?
Hows it ride?
Is it hype?
I only had one thing to say
TBT 4 Life!!!
11/02/2009 - Tomas
I just can say.. I LOVE TBT! My riding is sincerly more fun from the day I started to ride my Goliath! Yeah 4 it guys!
10/02/2009 - chris

I didn't expect anything special but it was a great surprise how comfortably fun.kink rides on rails even on jumps! I can finalize any pretzel out without problems... I love it thanx for it!!!
04/02/2009 - Arno
Bataleon sponsored AlpAdventures with 2 very nice TBT's; the Goliath and the Evil Twin. Jessica & Arno are shredding around in the Grand Massif with a big SMILE!!! THNX to Patrick and Bataleon. www.AlpAdventures.com

tbt is the best. Just bought an evil twin. It's the most confidence inspirin board i've rode. Fast, smooth an perfect flex. Well done bataleon
30/01/2009 - John
I've been riding last seasons jam since the beginning of December, and i have to say that TBT really does make a good difference ! Way more tolerant on receptions, holds terribly well on ice, and you can do more stupid stuff on flat parts, it feels kind of like freebording, no edge catch while going strait, and you could nearly do a ground rotation without going on the edges ^^
29/01/2009 - James
I've been riding The Jam for 1+ season now and it is far the best board I've ever tried. I especially love how smooth and easy this board turns, and how fast this board rider. Gotta love speed and smooth turns! I tried the banana tech after I got this board and hands down, TBT is superior. Just give TBT a try and you'll never go back to conventional boards!
26/01/2009 - Max
Got my Airobic last friday and i effin love it! TBT just seems so natural for carving and even more helpful in the park. perfect flex!
23/01/2009 - Hannu
Hi I've been using enemy for 3 seasons now and i f***ing love it! It's so good that you've nailed me for live, nothing else and nothing less than Bataleon for me... Been drooling for undisputed for a long time now almost ready to purchase!
23/01/2009 - Justin
Just rode my Riot 159 and I am in love! Hands down the best board I've ever had the pleasure to ride. Hauls ass, carves like a dream and pops over small children with ease. Won't ride another board again. B for life!
23/01/2009 - Jamie
Bow down and pray to bataleon for once we have all licked the potent juice from these steezy super maniac boards and you'll be dying for more - rock on guys. If you choose any other board honestly you're an idiot
22/01/2009 - Yannig LE BARS
Triple base. What else? Big up from France. Vive Bataleon !!!
21/01/2009 - Mike
I've got "The Hero" and its the nuts I will never switch to another board. TBT is the greatest thing to happen to snowboarding. Everything else is second best.
19/01/2009 - Dennis McGowen
First off I do engineering for a living and you guys finally found the holy grail of snowboard shapes. As has been said snowboards aren't skis and shouldn't be shaped like one. One of the best things about the triple base idea is that its more predictable than a regular snowboard, it just kinda butters our of every bad landing.....I watched the Bataleon Jam save my buddy repeatedly! My two sons ride bataleons too! We have been forced to ride the washington crusty crud and these things eat that crap up....they never fail no matter what the conditions. BATALEONS RULE AND I WILL NEVER RIDE ANYTHING ELSE!
17/01/2009 - Sanne Keil
Hey there,Yesterday, I got my new enemy 161... spend the night with it (now having troubles with my bf) ;) Today I tried it the first time... basically both virgins (me with TBT and the enemy with me)...f***ing afraid...BUT: IT SOOOOOOOO ROCKED! I never had such an awesome board!!! Who can`t ride with Bataleon can`t ride at all! ;) You better get one- NOW! Honestly, I am really impressed!!! Once Bataleon- always Bataleon!! Thanks guys, you made my day!!! PS: is it possible to get some stickers? CHEERS SANNE :)
17/01/2009 - Jaksen
riding my '08 Riot - got only 4 days on it and have already made three 360s. Didn't think I could even attempt that on the flat board I had last year, but TBT just gave me confidence. Of course, bombing through the flats is no problem either... I no long have to check my speed for fear of eating it, Woo-Hoo! Highest quality made board I've ever ridden or even seen - Bataleon's tech and construction is just the best all around snowboard you can get right now. Worth every penny.
15/01/2009 - Hugo Drost from Holland
Evil twin !!!! what can i say?
13/01/2009 - Paffie
Just bought me a Goliath 157W with Flow NXT FS to replace my burton, I was so excited about the TBT, just wanted to have it. Gonna try it out next week, let you guys know.
10/01/2009 - Rene
i just finished the first part of boarding for this season with my new goliath 161w. this allround freestyle board is amazing. you want a board for everytime use then this board is the right choice. the tbt is awesome. less vibrations - less catch edge and a easy handle give a maximum of speed. i couldnt believe but bataleon makes u a better driver. just wondered why in switzerland only a few people ride bataleon. but im sure that this will change in the future... keep on racin'
09/01/2009 - Pete
just got back from chamonix spent new year there on my jam! first time on it, and after the first day it rocks!!! takes a few hours to get use to but when u get it, its awsome edge to edge carving was sooooooo smooth, tbt saved me a few times too especially when straight line and its faster then all my mates boards too. sum it up? get one! or two! Pete (UK)

I'm a CASI snowboard instructor i've demo'd all sorts of boards I'm currently riding a nitro t1 and a ride dose. The skate shop i work at brought in bataleon this year so i took one out for a spin and i was amazed I rode the 161 wide goliath and i've never had a board preform like that the edge to edge transfer is sureal! Awesome job guys you can expect my pro deal order soon.

I got my first bataleon board (airobic) for christmas this year and holy shit its freakin amazing. As soon as i get enough money i think i might invest in an evil twin also, i see so many people riding them i gotta find out what the difference is. Bataleon customer for life!!
22/12/2008 - Rob Hamilton
I got a evil twin as an early crimbo pressie and i have to say its the best board I've ever riden, its so smooth and the graphics always make me laugh 10/10
19/12/2008 - Steve White
I bought a 2007 Evil Twin 159 second hand last year as a first board, Its not until I bought a new board this year that I realized just how easy to ride the twin is. The extra flex when learning turns is great and the TBT builds confidence on the flats as you seam to get a bit of warning before the edge catches and you can correct.
Great board... still riding it as much as my new board!
17/12/2008 - Wayne
Hi, I bought my first evil twin a few weeks ago now. Just after trying one at my local dome and i gotta say it's the best board i've ever rode! just love the TBT! I can't fault the evil twin one bit, i just love the board!! I've found that its stepped up my riding to the next level at the same time as having fun!!!!! thanks Bataleon
17/12/2008 - Jon Romana
I rode my brother's and I must say I haven't been so accurate in my moves ever. Great experience.
14/12/2008 - Martin
Hi, I demoed an evil twin on Friday night and all though the 155 I tried was a bit too big, I was totally sold on TBT. The moment that did it for me was when I landed at 90 degrees to the slope coming off a rail and somehow didn't catch an edge... awesome! Also, it felt much faster and more responsive than my all mountain board so that was an unexpected bonus. I went back the next morning and bought myself the 151 and I absolutely love it, best board I have ridden by miles.
11/12/2008 - Patrik Roma
Been Snowboarding for 10 years now bought myself the Jam, since a friend told me Bataleon rocked. From the very beginning of the day I felt i was on something new. It's such smooth riding... so save you never catch an edge... the board puts you on the edge you need itself. It's like f**king magic... Hope Bataleon Snowboards are made forever 'cause i'm not going back to the others... DONT CHOOSE ANY OTHER BRAND. B IS FOR BATALEON!!!
10/12/2008 - Tom
saw the evil twin last year in soldue and instantly fell in love. i knew it was the board for me and wanted to get one there and then, but had to save the cash for it. skip forward half a year and i have two weeks booked in heavenly, so i bit the bullit and got the new evil twin. i've tested it a few times at the snowdome and its lived up to all the hype. its so easy to ride, even after half a year off snow. only thing i'm not so fond of is the graphics. but hey its the board i wanted not the paint work!. if you haven't tryed a TBT board you should have a go. you'll never go back!

Hey crew at Bataleon my name is Matt Martel just wanted to say how much i love the boards. here's my story: I first found out about Bataleons in NZ while working at cardrona. the whole park crew rode them, and i believe one of them was a rep. they raved about how sweet they were, and i tried to get hooked up with an evil twin but didn't have enough loot at that time. fast forward to this winter, with all the rage about rocker/banana techs out there, i do my research and decide that without trying it, TBT is the best, most sensible tech out there for snowboards. I'm from the east coast of canada and am now in BC working at a small resort. while back home, i convinced my friend who is now also at the same resort to get a Bataleon, in fact the same board (The Riot) , instead of wasting his hard-earned cash on a DC or a Lib Tech. So we both ordered our Riots from a small board shop, Outer Limit Sports, in PEI Canada, without demoing them or even seeing the boards in person. We are both incredibly stoked on them. First turns were weird, but exciting, but second runs had us saying "it's like snowboarding on a fighter jet" and "it feels like shaving with a 10 blade razor while driving a ferrari" and many other stupid but true quotes...

I have the 07/08 Evil Twin and I love it to death, it made me spend a fortune going to the local snowzone again...why ? Because it made snowboarding that kinda of fun when you thought anything was possible, TBT brings that feeling back in truck loads. I can't now imagine riding anything else. Damn I love this stick !!!!! ;) Peace.

Last year I met my first Bataleon, The Jam in Les Arcs, and I'm still in love!

I love my Goliath, however my girlfriend didn't.... until she saw the Distortia. She now LOVES my Bataleon and is praying Santa's bringing her a Bataleon for xmas!! the BEST brand on the market, I just don't understand why anyone would chose anything but a Bataleon? Yeah for it!!!

Hills opened this weekend and I finally got to ride my new Fun.Kink. Wow, what a world of difference! The TBT is awesome. I definitely felt that the edge to edge was quicker and smoother, and the edge hold was great on turns. The soft flex was great for presses, and I felt more confident that I would avoid hangups doing board slides. Everyone should get a Bataleon!

TBT is the best thing since pre-marital sex. Ive been given the privilege of riding a Bataleon once or twice and it was amazing. snappy, responsive, lots of pop and buttered like crazy! so now its my turn to get a bataleon. This will be my first year owning one (if I can afford it) and Im super excited. I laughed at the post below mine about BTX. Reverse camber aint got nothin on TBT
19/11/2008 - Hugh
You guys are pissing off my girlfriend. I'm riding my Jam more than her's. snowboarding = flow = tbt, simple as that. Yeah for it!
18/11/2008 - Jordan
I have 3 boards - the Evil Twin, the Jam, the Goliath. I bought two and won one. I ride them all, LOVE them all. All this yellow makes me think Bataleon is going to go with the banana tech, which is maybe the only thing that would make it better (editor: that's a joke right Jordan?). Also, would be better if I could find Bataleon stickers ANYWHERE. So... Dudes, send me some stickers!
11/11/2008 - Matt
Just demo'd a Riot the other day. Get one. It's insane.
10/11/2008 - Tom
Have last years Goliath 157W and it is the best board I've riden, very closely followed by the Evil Twin I rode on a demo day (thanks to Tyler who took time out to watch us goof around and offer some advice).
Basically it's not hype but truth. You really do avoid edge catching and straight line with far more balance. If only I'd owned one a season earlier, I'd have saved myself pelvis damage.
Almost feels like cheating, if the technology is there..... Wouldn't own any other brand of board.
9/11/2008 - Pete
WOW what a board i have the 157 jam and it rocks makes me look like i have been riding 5yrs not 5mins! easy edge to edge and straight lining? EASY!!!!! just point and relax! but still waiting for my stickers guys?

I and my undisputed we are just waiting for the ice age.. there are no comparisons yeah4it.

Canadian Rep Scott gave me an evil twin to try out last year, I got like 15 days on it and I have been hyping every kid that steps into the shop about TBT...it is by far the best innovation in snowboarding to date...and I've been shredding for 15 years and slangin' boards at Freeride Boardshop for 8...I've seen a lot of "tech" come and go (from K2 clickers to I Lock) and TBT is here to stay.
28/10/2008 - Liz
hey guys, i've been riding your boards for two seasons now, this will be my third and i gotta say i've supported you since i first found your old old older website. i read up on tbt and decided to try it and i havent looked back since. only one thing i have to complain about. why the hell is it so hard to find enemy in 153 in canada? and keep up the good work. and better graphics next year. =)
24/10/2008 - Phil
I ride Bataleon since day one and I knew I will never ride flat base boards anymore. TBT rules!
24/10/2008 - Ryan Butler
The Eviltwin is hands down the best board I've ever owned. Thats why I went out and got another one this year. Triple base will improve your riding and make you have more friends.
21/10/2008 - Hero Man
I have been riding 18 years and test a lot of boards. Changes boards like every season before. I did buy a Bataleoan Hero some years ago and will ride my TBT still many years. The best by far.
19/10/2008 - Jonny
I went snowboard shopping today. I tried many boards, never quite finding what I wanted. Then I tried The Goliath. After one run on a crowded indoor slope, dodging skiers and children, I knew it was the board for me. Amazingly responsive, forgiving yet aggressive in all the right ways. It's now in my room.
09/10/2008 - Brock Warr
first rode the evil twin in New Zealand from the shop i worked there. so stoked, now getting them in to the new shop freeride kelowna. so pumped to see the kids rocking them at big white.

01/10/2008 - Joe Battaglia
first i skied, then boarded, then skied, then saw a bataleon and wanted it... so i got the 08 goliath... i was shedding like never before on my first run on a board in 3 years.
23/09/2008 - Tim
TBT is great! Yeeeah for it! But you should really add some 159 that are a bit narrower than 26cm in the middle, cause with EURO 42 it is really hard to get power to the edges.
22/09/2008 - Alex Amin
I love my Riot! ...and it seems mutual. It's almost like skateboarding or maybe not. I used to be all into gay music, but thanks to the Riot, it's all about speed metal! Thank you Bataleon for making a real man out of me. Alex Amin.

Got myself the Evil Twin from last year, a sick board, really has improved my riding. It took like 2 hours to get used to but after that i never even wanted to look back at at flat based board, easy to stick tricks, kill rails and not yourself.
The sickest part is that all of my friends who've tested the Evil Twin are going to get Bataleon boards, some already have... Sick stuff.
07/09/2008 - jon scott
I bought an enemy as my first board. its smooth, fast, tight, great pop, and I killed my first butters, kickers etc... great board. just trying to find the right bindings now. Any suggestions? J.
07/09/2008 - Marco Brilli
Hallo :) i use tbt from 3 years and i think is the best tecnology in the last 10 years about the snowboard.
06/09/2008 - Karlos
Ride the enemy. It is the nuts. Simple as that. Runs off piste brilliantly and rips aparts the pistes. Get one. Or be bored. //K
04/09/2008 - Luca Bianucci
I have a Hero, and it's the most fun board I ever had till now. No comparison with any other brand. Superb feeling, faster rides, I improved my jumps but what's more I really enjoyed my snowboarding a lot more.
Now I'm about to buy an EvilTwin. No really, I won't use flat boards no more ;-)
I'm enthusiastic, so, really, thanks a lot.
